For over two decades, I've worked with trades businesses — HVAC, roofing, plumbing, flooring installation, and other service-based companies — helping them get their books organized, their reports readable, and their decisions grounded in real data.
I built the AIM System because I saw the same pattern over and over: business owners who were great at their trade, terrible at their books — not because they weren't smart, but because nobody had ever shown them a system that made sense for the way they actually work.
